National Honor Society - Tutoring

The Tutoring Committee --

The Tutoring Committee is a relatively new one, and was not ran last year due to the lockdown. Therefore, this year the members are creating a plan on how to handle this from scratch. They have to figure out how students will schedule a session, who will be offered this (whether middle school students are included,) who will be giving the tutoring, and which subjects are being offered.

As a solution, the Tutoring Committee is creating separate study committees for each subject, meaning there might be one for math, engligh, science, and more. They then need to decide who will be on each of the subcomittees, with opportunities being offered to the entire National Honor Society.

One problem that they have encountered, is when they will be hosting these tutoring sessions, especially as middle school students and lowerclassmen do not have as much access to transportion, and a late bus is no longer being ran.
